Mizoram University is a UGC recognized central university dedicated to the cause of study and research in various faculties of study. In keeping with its objective Mizoram University has embarked on various programmes for academic and administrative development. This university offers graduate and post graduate courses of study in faculties of Economics Management&Information Sciences, Earth Sciences, Life sciences, Physical Sciences, Social Sciences, Education and Humanities and Engineering and Technology.At present, there are 31 undergraduate colleges, including 2 professional institutions and 1 constituent college under the university fold.
