Kalasalingam University is a recognized institution for research and education in the state of Tamilnadu. This deemed university offers 13 undergraduate and 25 postgraduate courses in Engineering in addition to MBA, MCA and MSc courses. These courses follow choice based credit system of study. This probably the only university in the country that offers B.Tech programs people with speech and hearing impairment. Providing facilities for research this university is also known for its twinning program in collaboration with foreign universities. Combining theory with practical learning KU also offers part-time courses for working professionals at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Kalasalingam University Engineering Entrance Examination (KLUEEE) is conducted for admission to various academic courses.
