The university which is set up with the fundamental purpose of creating new knowledge and developing alternate modes of improving healthcare to management research is the IIHMR University. This university is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This university has established a new paradigm of management of capacity development among healthcare professionals at the district, state and national level. Under the society of IIHMR, the IIHMR group has created four campuses all over India and IIHMR Jaipur has now become IIHMR University. The primary focus of this university is on postgraduate and research programs.
The IIHMR University was set up in the year 1984 which contribute to the areas of health research management in the country and south – East Asia region. Admissions:
IIHMR University Admission Procedure:
Admissions in the IIHMR University are strictly as according to the admission procedure and guidelines which are set up by the official authority.
For Ph.D. Courses:
The IIHMR University will offer admissions in the Ph.D. courses through the scores obtained by the aspirants in the IIHMR Research Aptitude Test which is abbreviated as IRAT.
For MBA Courses:
Admissions in the MBA courses are offered as according to the scores obtained by the candidates in CAT/ ATMA/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT.
For MBA – Rural Management:
Those candidates who desire to take admission in this course and do not appear any of the national entrance exams can take admission by appearing in the Rural MAT conducted by IIHMR University.
