The private university i.e. the Adesh University is one of the renowned universities in Punjab which is located in Bathinda, Punjab. This university is established with the aim and objective of serving the humanity in the sphere of healthcare as well as medical, paramedical, and technical education. The foundation established a medical college at Bathinda under the name Adesh institute of medical science and research. This premier medical institution of northern India with the annual intake capacity of 150 students in MBBS is duly recognized by medical council of India/ Government of India. The Adesh University is a pioneer in the health care, technical and medical education came into existence in the state of Punjab in July 2012. The parent body of this university i.e. Adesh Foundation was set up in 1995.
Adesh University started its journey in the field of professional education and health care with the establishment of Adesh Institute of Engineering and technology in the year 1996. The university has the beautiful and picturesque campus which is located in Bathinda, Punjab. The university is now primarily focusing on strengthening the postgraduate medical education and research and evolving excellence in a rural backdrop.

Adesh University Admission:
Admissions in the Adesh University are based on the entrance test which is conducted by the university i.e. AUMET (Adesh University medical entrance test). This test is conducted by the university so as to offer the admission in the undergraduate medical courses. The admissions will be strictly based on the merit of this entrance examination.
