Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda popularly known as MSU Baroda is a UGC recognized teaching and residential university and the only residential university in the state whose medium of instruction is English for all academic courses of study. The university offers graduate and post graduate courses of study in faculties of Arts, Commerce, Education & Psychology, Family & Community Sciences, Fine Arts, Journalism & Communication, Law, Management Studies, Medicine, Performing Arts, Science, Social Work, Technology & Engineering. The university has also started offering courses in design, fashion technology, hotel management and catering technology.
