MSU Baroda Master of Social Work



Eligibility :-
Candidates who have passed qualifying bachelor's degree examination (10+2+3) or (10+2+4 in case of technology or engineering branches) or its equivalent in discipline as a regular student from recognized university with at least with 50% of marks with second class either at T.Y. excluding or combination / aggregate marks of S.Y. and T.Y. are eligible for applying to the M.S.W. Programme. Candidate should have passed S.S.C., H.S.C. Examination with English as a on of the subject. a) Those who have passed graduation in other medium of instruction than English should have English as one of the subject at graduation. b) Those who have English as a medium of instruction at graduate level and do not have English as a subject are also eligible to apply. (1) Candidates appearing at the final year Bachelor's Degree examination can apply, but they must pass the examination securing not less than 50% marks with second division before specified date. (2) Admissions to MSW Course will be based on the candidate?s performance in the admission tests which will include written test ,group discussion and personal interview. (3) Seats for SC and ST candidates, Nomadic Tribes and Denotified Tribes and SEBC shall be reserved as per Government rules. (4) Candidates coming from outside the M.S. University of Baroda will be finally accepted for admission only after obtaining Eligibility certificate from the M.S. University of Baroda.
