Admission Requirements for International Students:-
Prior to enrolling at Davidson, you should have completed a program of study at the secondary school level expected of a student preparing for university entrance in your own country.
All applicants must take the SAT or the ACT. Test scores must be sent directly to Davidson by the testing agency.
Non-native English speakers must provide evidence of fluency in English through writing samples and successful performance on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS). TOEFL or IELTS scores must be sent directly to Davidson by the testing agency.
If you have attended college and earned credit toward an undergraduate degree, your application will be considered as a transfer application. Please note that due to the limited number of spaces available to transfer students, it is a rare exception that international students are admitted as transfer applicants. Financial assistance is not available for international transfer students.
International applicants must submit the Certification of Finances form, which is required for issuance of an I-20 to admitted students. Please be aware of delays inherent in international mailings.

Davidson College's main campus is spread over 665 acres of land and lake campus is spread over 110 acres of land. This college offers all the needed resources and facilities for study and stay. Freshmen are required to stay on campus in the first of four year residential halls. More than 95 percent of students choose to live on-campus in residential halls, apartments, co-op leaving and learning houses and international houses.
The fraternity and eating house system at Davidson is known as Patterson Court and is governed by the Patterson Court Council. Sigma Phi Epsilon, Kappa Alpha Order, Phi Gamma Delta, Connor House, Phi Delta Theta, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Warner Hall, Kappa Sigma, Black Student Coalition, Rusk House, and Turner House all currently occupy houses on Patterson Court.
The main academic facilities at the college include Chamber Building, E.H.Library, Baker-Watt Science Complex, Martin Chemistry Laboratory, Carolina Inn, Elm and Oak Row , EU Halls, Hamilton House and Preyer building.
The EH Little Library offers extensive range of resources and services to support teaching and learning. The bulk of the resources available are in the electronic format.
