All required parts of either the Common Application Transfer Application or the Universal College Application Transfer Application.
$50 application fee, or fee waiver for qualified students.
Official college transcript(s) (from each institution attended).
Official high school transcript.
Official SAT or ACT scores (SAT code: 1871 / ACT code: 4036).

Additional requirements for Blair School of Music applicants:
All applicants to Blair must complete a music resume and submit forms for two music teacher recommendations via the Blair DecisionDesk application.
All applicants to Blair must submit a prescreening audition video via the Blair DecisionDesk application.

Additional requirements for international transfer applicants
International applicants will be prompted to complete an international section of the Common Application.

Vanderbilt is home to more than 300 tree and shrub varieties and was designated a national arboretum in 1988. Buildings on the original campus date to its founding in 1859. The Peabody section of campus has been a registered National Historic Landmark since 1966. Off-campus facilities include the Vanderbilt Dyer Observatory, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, and Vanderbilt Health at One Hundred Oaks.

Vanderbilt University’s Jean and Alexander Heard Library system is among the top research libraries in the nation, and one of the most important research libraries in the Southeast. The Vanderbilt Medical is also an important of the university along with Center for Medicine, Health and Society, Treatment and Research Institute for Autism Spectrum Disorders, Institute for Space and Defense Electronics, Institute for Space and Defense Electronics, Institute for Space and Defense Electronics and Research Network on Law and Neuroscience.

The university has 37 residential halls and apartments with a capacity of 5,548 students has also 26 fraternity and sorority houses.

Vanderbilt University offers a wide range of student activities. On campus, Greek organizations play a big role in social life, with approximately 40 percent of students affiliated with Greek life. All undergraduate students at Vanderbilt are required to live on campus, and freshmen live together in The Commons, which has six LEED certified green dorms. The Commodores, named for Vanderbilt founder "Commodore" Cornelius Vanderbilt, have teams in the NCAA Division I Southeastern Conference.

The Undergraduate Honor Council is tasked with the responsibility to enforce and protect the tradition of the Honor Code. Today, the Honor Council serves two simultaneous aims: to enforce and protect the Honor Code and to inform members of the Vanderbilt community about the Honor System.
