Modern Govt Secondary School was founded in the year 1956 is a co-educational senior secondary day school affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. Managed by Department of Education – Sikkim, school aims at providing high quality education to the students.

Registration of Admission enquiries for new Academic year begins from January. 
 
Applications are issued between February and March for new admissions in the school office.
