Tolani Institute of Pharmacy was established in 1984 as a department of Polytechnic with its administrative division in Tolani F G Polytechnic.  

The institute is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi and is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad. It is managed by Gandhidham Collegiate Board, Adipur and is located in the Tolani Vidyamandir campus.
