Nizar Rahim and Mark School of Architecture, founded in 2013 is an independent college of spatial design that offers B. Arch in Architecture programme. NRM school of Architecture is envisioned to produce technically competent architects who can facilitates personal commitment to the educational success that values diversity and community. It is affiliated to Cochin University of Science and Technology and is approved by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi. 
 
NRMSA offers accredited undergraduate programs onsite in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Landscape Architecture and Design Studies, and stresses excellence in practice-based professional education, and accessibility to the design professions. This institution offers classes and certificate programs for students who wish to enhance skills and increase expertise.

Candidates who have passed 10+2 Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination or examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% marks for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together / Candidates who have passed 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central/State Governments with 50% aggregate marks / Candidates with International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination are eligible to apply. In addition, candidates will have to score 35% marks (70 marks out of 200) in the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture).
