TKM School of Architecture was set up in 2014 with an annual intake of 40 students and offers B Arch program. The B.Arch is a 10 semester course affiliated to Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi and is recognized by the Council of Architecture. The fundamental thrust of the school has been to emphasize the practical nature of the profession.
 

Admissions:
College offers following course:
 
• B Arch
 
Candidates who are seeking admission to Architecture College in 5 years B. Arch programme should clear Pre. Architecture Test (NATA). On the basis of your ranking you will get the opportunity to take admission in allotted college
 
50% of the seats are filled from the list of the Common Entrance Examination conducted by the Government of Kerala. The remaining seats are filled by the management.
