Nitte Institute of Architecture (NIA) is affiliated to the Nitte University, Mangalore. Founded in August 2015, It offers five years full time B Arch program and aims to impart contemporary education and skills to students of different socio-economic backgrounds. It has been developing very nicely into what would eventually be a world-class institution which in due course will be offering degree programs in architecture, urban planning, product and interior design, conservation and the arts.
 

Admissions:
College offers following course:
 
• B Arch
 
Pass in 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 examination. Candidates must have a minimum of 40% marks in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA). 
 
The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31 of the year of admission.
