MA Samskrit programme offered by the Karnataka Samskrit University is a 2 year programme.

Eligibility - Any Degree with Samskrit as a subject or Must have passed Sahitya or equivalent course + Any Degree or Must have passed Certificate/ Diploma Course in Samskrit/ Pali/ Prakrit/ Manuscriptology + Any Degree or Must have passed ‘Pravesha’ Exam conducted by Surasaraswti Sabha, Sringeri + Any Degree or Must have passed ‘Kovida’ Exam conducted by Samskrit Bharati + Any Degree or Must have passed the M.A Entrance Exam conducted by the University for the students who have passed any Degree. 

M.A Classes will be conducted in Semester System.
