Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology Infrastructure:-

Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology has two main campuses- Madras Street and the Trades Innovation Institute
CPIT's main campus is located with the CBD on Madras street just to the south of Cathedral Square in Christchurch, New Zealand. Trade based courses at taught at the main campus. Skilled-based trades such as carpentry, automotive, joinery, welding, fitting turning and toolmaking, plumbing, civil construction skill are taught at CPIT's Sullivan Avenue campus on the corner of Sullivan Avenue and Ensors Road Opawa, in southeast Christchurch.

Both the institutes' campuses provide all the needed facilities for study, research,work, stay and recreation.

Library:- Our library offers an extensive range of learning resources and materials including books, magazines, ebooks, journals, DVDs and music scores to help and aid you in your learning and study.

Student Accomodation:- Christchurch is a large New Zealand city that offers many options for student accomodation. Student can decide to  flatting, private board or live in homestay accommodation with a Christchurch family.CPIT's Otautahi House offers apartment style accommodation with other students in a flat share right across the road from our Madras Street Campus. Preference in accomodation is provided to domestic students enrolling in full-time study, however students completing short courses are also considered.

International Student Accomodation:- The university recommonds homestay for international students intent on studying in Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology. A homestay provides a warm, family environment for international students.
