Simultala Awasiya Vidyalaya (SAV), Bihar is a co-educational residential school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. The school was established by the State Government of Bihar in the year 2010 where chief minister Nitish Kumar officially inaugurated the school. The school offers classes from class VI through class XII.

The school has a record of consistently producing state toppers in the Bihar School Examination Board. SAV students dominated the International Mathematics Olympiad in 2013 and have participated in various inter-state and inter-school competitions.
 



Admissions:

School offers education from 6th standard to 12th standard.

Every year students are selected on the basis of an intra-state competitive examination wherein 60 boys and 60 girls are chosen for admission to class 6th.

Although the medium of Instruction at school is English, the examination would be conducted in both English as well as Hindi.

Only those candidates would be allowed to sit in the examination whose age as on 1st of April is in between 10 and 12 years.

Students can enjoy all modern facilities like well-equipped computer labs, Science and Maths laboratories, library with wide range of books and transportation facility. The School also provides facilities to the students for an all-round development of the personality which include sports, exhibitions, workshops, etc.
