Kendriya Vidyalaya, Pokaran, Jaisalmer was inaugurated with an aim to stand as the Model Vidyalaya with all required facilities to train the children as the best citizens.
 
It is a co-educational school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and has been operating officially under the KendriyaVidyalayaSangathan.
 


Admissions:
Dates for Admission to Nursery classes are generally announced in the second week of November every year. Applications have to be collected from the School Office or downloaded from the website. 
 
Completed application forms have to be submitted before the last date for submission. Interview Dates are given to the parents and the child is enrolled into the school after an interaction.
 
 
 


Facilities:
The School has the excellent infrastructure facility which provides huge library and state-of-art Computer Laboratories and boasts of separate laboratories for physics, chemistryand biology, transportation, etc.
