Kendriya Vidyalaya AFS Barnala is one of the most prestigious educational institutions of Barnala of Punjab state. This center of excellence was first established in the year 1972. It is co-educational school with Hindi and English as the medium of instructions and is affiliated to the CBSE New Delhi. 
 
This vidyalaya caters to the needs of about 891 students under the case of a dedicated team of 32 teachers and supporting administrative staff. It is a two section school from class I-XII. There is a common syllabus for all the students in classes I to X. In classes XI-XII the courses are diversified into science and humanities.
 


Admissions:
Parents are requested to submit the duly completed application form along with all relevant documents on or before the stipulated date. 
 
Admission starts in the month of February every year.
