Kendriya Vidyalaya HPC/CPM Panchgram came into existence in the year 1984 with the vision of imparting quality education to the children of employees of HPC and people of nearby. The school is affiliated with the Central Board of Education (CBSE), New Delhi offering schooling from kindergarten to class XII. There is one section in each class from I to VIII and two sections from IX to XII.
The Vidyalaya is sponsored by Cachar Paper Mill, Panchgram of HPC and administered by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an Autonomous Body under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
