Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Krishna a co-educational residential school under the Ministry of Human Resource & Development, with just few years of history behind it, has proved its worth by preparing the young, brilliant and talented students academically, physically and mentally to be the good and useful citizens of tomorrow. It is co-educational, residential School covering class from VI to XII.
Admissions:
Admission to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is made through the all India level selection test called JawaharNavodayaVidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST).
Talented students are selected through this test conducted each year by CBSE and are given admission to VIth class in the school.
Seats are reserved for the children of rural areas. At least 75% of the seats of district are filled by candidates selected from rural areas and the remaining seats are filled from the district's urban areas.
Facilities:
Well-ventilated, spacious classrooms with latest equipment in its laboratories and an AV room are designed to meet the pedagogical needs of students. A vast playground with sufficient play material is available to make school a pleasurable experience for pupils.
