School of Distance Education, University of Kerala, started in 1976 as a teaching and research department of the University of Kerala, is one of the pioneering centre of distance learning in the state. The School is located in the Senate House Campus at Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram. The school offers 25 programmes, both UG and PG through distance mode of learning.The medium of instruction of all courses is English except for certain language courses.
