In the year 1989, a renowned trust Vidarbha Youth Welfare Society established a dental college in Maharashtra namely, Vidarbha Youth Welfare Society's Dental College. The college is considered to be one of the best dental institutes in the district of Amravati offering excellent job oriented dental courses. The college is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences and is accredited with the Dental Council of India.

Vidarbha Youth Welfare Society's Dental College offers Bachelor of Dental Surgery, which is a five years full time program. The course also includes one year internship program, wherein the aspirants are trained for achieving some quality practical knowledge in the field of dentistry.
