 Sri Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi Viswa Maha Vidyalaya is a university at Kancheepuram in Tamil Nadu that came into existence in the year 1993. The university was established with the blessing of Their Holiness Pujyasri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamigal and Pujyasri Sankara Vijayendra Saraswati Swamigal.

The Ministry of Human Resources Development declared the institution a 'Deemed University' under Section 3 of the UGC Act.
 


Admissions:

Admission for Candidates applying to B.E Degree course through JEE, will be based on the actual merit marks secured by them in JEE Mains and a separate merit list prepared for them.

Selection of Candidates for admission to all the Degree courses will be based on the Merit lists prepared by SCSVMV University, based on the marks arrived at by adopting the method of normalization.

The Merit Lists will be displayed on the notice board of the Office of Admissions, SCSVMV University, and the same will also be made available in the official website.
