Sapthagiri College of Engineering is an engineering college located in Bangalore was started in the year 2003. It is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, Karnataka.

It offers six undergraduate courses namely Computer Science & Engineering, Information Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Biotechnology.

Institute accepts valid scores of CET entrance exams for various courses. Along with the valid score, candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std.XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and secured minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category) in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics added together.
