Nitte School of Architecture is a higher education institute specializing education and research in the field of urban planning and architecture. The Institute conducts educational programmes leading to the degree of Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) and Bachelor of Planning (B. Plan). It intends to develop a diverse, socially and environmentally responsible, enlightened professional in design and Architecture.

Eligibility for Admission to B. Arch Programme:
 
Pass in 2nd PUC/12th standard or equivalent examination with Mathematics as a compulsory optional subject with minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in all the subjects in qualifying examination [45% of marks in case of Karnataka SC/ST/BC (category l, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B) and should compulsorily appear for NATA (National Aptitude test in Architecture) and get a minimum of 40% in it (including SC,ST& BC).
 
Eligibility for Admission to B. Plan Programme:
 
Candidates should have passed 10+2 or any equivalent examination and should have secured 45% marks with mathematics as a compulsory subject. Along with qualifying score in common entrance examination or equivalent professional entrance exam conducted by other bodies/states, or candidates should qualify JEE mains/NATA.
