SDM Institute of Management Developmen was founded in the year 1993 by the Shree Dharmasthala Manjunatheswara Educational Trust. It is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.  

The institute offers two years full time course of Post Graduate Diploma of Business Administration (PGDBA) with special focus on its various branches such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resource (HR) and Information System Management.


Admissions:

SDMIMD’s core offering is the two year residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA).

Briefly, the admission process at SDMIMD is conducted in Two stages :-
The first stage will be the scrutiny of application with emphasis on entrance test Scores and a consistent academic record, work experience and extra curricular activities like achievements in sports, debate etc. will count. Shortlisted applicants will be called for the personal interview.

In the Second stage, interviews will be held during February and March 2013 at 7-8 locations across India.

SDM Institute of Management Developmen is located in Mysore. The institute has sprawling campus that has been equipped with all the modern facilities. The institute is equipped with modern infrastructure like wide air-conditioned and tiered class room with facilities like on line teaching, seminar room and conference hall with audio visual facilities for presentation. The campus has a large sports ground with facilities like cricket, football, basketball and a modern gymnasium. The college also allows separate hostel facility for boys and girls.
