T.M.A.E. Society’s S.C.S. College of Pharmacy (SCSCOP), Harapanahalli was founded in the year 1979 with a D. Pharm course and B. Pharm course was started in the year 1980 and subsequently M. Pharm course in two specializations (pharmacology and pharm. chemistry) was introduced in the year 1996 and were affiliated to Gulbarga University and later on to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
The institution is recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and the college has carved a niche of its own at the national and international level.
Application for admission to a course should be made in the prescribed application form which is available along with the prospectus.
Candidates belonging to all categories except Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes for admission to the Pharmacy Course should have obtained not less than 50% marks on aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany/ Zoology) at the qualifying examinations (Academic Stream) after a period of 12 years of study.
The campus has a state of art infrastructure includes spacious classrooms, laboratory, central library with well stocked of books, seminar hall, A/V room, hostels for girls and boys, computer centre, cafeteria, transportation and health centre.
