Poojya Dodappa Appa College of Engineering is located in the state of Karnataka, India. The college was established in 1958 by the Hyderabad Karnataka Education Society.

It offers 11 undergraduate courses, 8 post Graduate courses and 7 Research centers, established in engineering stream. The college also offers courses in ceramic and cement technology, one of the few in India. All the courses are affiliated to Visveswaraya Technological University, Belgaum. At present the total intake at UG level is 660 and PG level 157.

The college receives grant in aid funds from state government. A number of projects have been approved by MHRD/AICTE, Govt. of India for modernization of laboratories. College is one among the 14 colleges selected under TEQIP, sponsored by World Bank.
 


Admissions:

Admission to PDA College of Engineering can be done through online or offline process. Forms will be available on the college’s official website.

Generally, admission is done on the basis of performance in the Entrance Exam (CET / COMED-K) for all the B.E. / B.Arch. courses. Admission to Postgraduate courses is done through Entrance test.
