Luqman College of Pharmacy came into existence in the year 1982 is permitted by Govt. of Karnataka and approved by AICTE and PCI, New Delhi.

It is a Muslim minority institution affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka and Bangalore.

The College has a separate Training and Placement Cell, under Training and Placement Officer. The cell also comprises of a group of students of final year. The cell also acts as a coordinator for the Industrial Training and Placement of pre-final and final year students.
