Founded in the year 1999, Padmanava College of Engineering (PCE), Rourkela with a vision to impart degree courses in engineering under the Padmanva Educational Trust. The institute is affiliated to BijuPatnaik University of Technology (BPUT) with ISO 9001:2000 certification and aims to enrich the Human Capital of the Nation to height of excellence through technological empowerment.
