• PGPEx Managing Business in India and China

  • This academic programme is jointly facilitated by Rajiv Gandhi Indian Institute of Management Shillong and Ocean University China (OUC) Qingdao.This is the first ever Post Graduate Programme for executives in managing business in India and China (PGPEx- MBIC). The basic objective of this course is to provide general management education in the context of emerging economies and to prepare leaders to conduct business in such emerging economies.

    •Duration: one year

    •Capacity: 40 candidates (out of these five seats are reserved for foreign category candidates).

    Programme Fee: Rs 12 lakh  (for candidates from India) or USD 25,000 (for overseas candidates). This fee includes tuition fee and accommodation in India and China only. Candidates will have to bear the cost of food, visa fee, entry fee and air/surface travel connected with this program. The cost of such heads of expenditure is expected to be in the range of  Rs 2 to 4 lakh or USD 4 thousand to USD 10 thousand.

  • Eligibility

    Eligibility:-All the participants must have at least a bachelor degree in any discipline and have work experience in mid-level management for at least three years. Preference will be given to those having 5 to 7 years of experience.

    Selection Procedure:- Selection will be done through valid CAT/GMAT score.

    Admission is done through initial shortlisting based on previous academic achievements and industry experience, which will be followed by a subsequent personal interview.
