H K College of Pharmacy (HKCP) was established in the year 2006 by Prof. Javed Khan, Ex-Education Minister of the State of Maharashtra and approved by UGC, AICTE, DTE and PCI with affiliation from the University of Mumbai.
The institute offers updated knowledge on current topics through HK Knowledge Base platform and holds a National seminar every year on variety of topics.
Candidates passing HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology & should have secured minimum 50% marks (45% for backward class candidates from Maharashtra state only) in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics / Biology added together are eligible.
Admissions to Government Quota seats are filled after the results of CAP Round Minority and management seats are filled based in house applications.
H K Campus boasts of a state-of-the-art infrastructure for encouraging a holistic learning. The campus is located in the heart of the city of Mumbai suburbs and in a huge area of 1.5 acres. The campus has been equipped with modern infrastructure that facilitates teaching, research, consulting and other professional activities. The college has a huge library, scientific convention centre and many other facilities to enjoy their studies with fun and excitement.
Placements are provided to deserving students. The placements and related matters are looked after by a T&P Cell comprising of a T&P Officer, who is assisted by a T&P committee consisting of staff and students members.
