D.J. Sanghvi is recognized as a premier institute of technical education in Vile Parle, Mumbai which is listed amongst the top engineering colleges is India. The college was established by Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal in the year 1994. It is one of the few Engineering Colleges in Maharashtra that has been awarded ‘A+’ Grade consecutively by the Directorate of Technical Education, M.S.
The institute offers undergraduate and post graduate engineering programmes in various disciplines. The college has an intake of 600 students in eight branches for Bachelor of Engineering degree of which 50% of the seats are reserved for the Gujarati linguistic minority.
 

Admissions:
Admissions to DJ Sanghvi College of Engineering is done through online process for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Forms will be available on the official website of college. 
Institute accepts valid scores of MHT-CET entrance test for UG programmes. Along with the scores, candidate must have cleared 10+2 examination with minimum marks from recognized board with physics, chemistry and biology as the subjects.
Merit list of the students selected in the process will be put up on the website.
 


Facilities:

The College has a total built-up area of 22862 sq.m. Institution's infrastructure is one of the best in town which includes a Wi-Fi equipped library, air-conditioned classrooms, a gymnasium, gymkhana and a conference room. Laboratories are maintained upto the mark; atleast as compared to the rest of the engineering colleges in the city. The college lacks a campus and in-hostel facility.
