Pass in 10 + 2 with Physics, Chemistry & Biology/Mathematics.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE:-
In Andhra Pradesh, for admission to the professional course like B.Tech, B.Sc (Agri), B.D.S., B.Pharm, the Govt. of A.P, conducts an entrance exam called EAMCET every year in the month of April/May. The students are given ranking based on the marks obtained in the test and percentage of marks at intermediate level or 10 + 2 level.
Admissions are conducted in a systematic manner by means of web counseling based on the rank by convener EAMCET. Thus opportunity is given to the student to choose the course and college. 70% of seats are filled through the EAMCET rank and 30% seats are filled by the management based on the merit at Intermediate (with minimum 45% of marks).
Convenor (General) Quota: Category -A
Usually the admissions by the EAMCET convener start in July/Aug. and end by Sep/Oct. every year by announcing the schedule in the leading newspapers. After the counseling is over, they fix last day for spot admission at college level for left over seats. Ever year the schudule & rules may or may not change in the college for EAMCET Convenor Quota.
Management Quota : Category- B
The schudule rules & regulations for management Quota are announced by APSCHE ( Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education) every year. -
