Admissions:

LL.M degree (Two Years):-Students should have a second class LL.B degree.

M.Phil.:- Students should have LL.M. Degree either from University of  Mumbai with at least 55% marks

Ph.D:- Students should have completed M.Phil degree and passed Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) and Interview

Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law(IPR)
