Sardar College of Engineering is a government institute located in a sub-urban area of Mumbai i.e. Andheri. It was established in the year 1962 by the Government of Maharashtra and was the fifth engineering college to be established in Mumbai. Today, it is considered among one of the forefront technical institutes in India.

The institute strives to be a premier institute globally recognized for its technical education, training and research. It is basically known for offering excellent education in the field of engineering with under graduate and post graduate courses of B.Tech (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical) and M.tech. B.Tech is a four years full time course, divided into eight semesters, whereas M.Tech is a two years full time course.
