Birla Institute of Applied Sciences was established in 1969, affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun (UTU) and is approved by A.I.C.T.E. The Institute offers three-year full time Master of Computer Application (MCA) programme and undergraduate programme. It aims to empower the youth for the highest level of technical, scientific and managerial roles in public and private sectors and entrepreneurship by imparting most modern, inclusive and relevant education and inculcating in them highest order of human values.
