Age :- Minimum 3 Years
Required Documents with Registration Form (General):
1. Age proof - Municipal corporation Birth Certificate (photocopy)
2. Proof of Residence - Any one (voter ID/ Electricity bill/ Telephone bill/
Rental lease/ Ration Card/ Passport/ House tax receipt in any one parents name.
3. Alumini proof - XII / X passing certificate with minimum of 5 years stay in school.
4. Sibling proof - photocopy of latest fee receipt.
5. Medical certificate - from govt. Hospital in case of child with disability.
6. Affidavit - Declaration of first born child.
7. Caste certificate - OBC, SC, ST (if any)
8. Transfer case- Relevent documents should be attached
