St. Mary's Convent College is an all-girls boarding school located in Nainital that provides private school education to girls from preprimary grades to XII. The children are prepared for the ICSE Examination at the Class 10 level and ISC Examination at the +2 level, conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi. The school is managed by the sisters of the Congregation of Jesus, in collaboration with a dedicated and competent staff.

The Registration is valid only for the year for which the child is registered; it is neither refundable nor transferable to another year. School reserves the right of admission
 
Admission will depend upon the vacancy in each class. Only those candidates who are found to be suitable as per the school criteria will be granted admission on the discretion of the School Administration through the Admission Committee. Registration does not reserve the right of admission.
