Sainik School, Tilaiya, Jharkhand, India, prepares boys academically, physically and mentally for entry into the Defence Services and those who follow other paths, for responsible positions in other walks of life. In the year 1963 the foundation stone of Sainik School Tilaiya was laid. It is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.



Admissions:

67% seats in each Sainik School is researved for boys from state in which the Sainik school is located. The short fall, if any, and the remaining seats will be thrown open to boys from other States and Union Territories.

The duly completed downloaded form must be submitted along with a Demand Draft of Rs 400/- for Geneal / Defence candidate and Rs 250/- for SC/ ST.
