Sainik School, Korukonda was established in the year 1961 by Commander T De Almeida. Today, the School ranks as one of the best schools of this country. The primary aim of the school is to prepare boys academically, physically and mentally for entry into the National Defence Academy. The School is affiliated to CBSE Board, New Delhi.
 



Admissions:

Admission Forms will be available in the school office in the month of December.

Admission will be done on the basis of merit, availability of seats and interview conducted by the school committee.
 



Facilities:

The school campus is spread over a sprawling area of 206 acres with well-laid out roads and buildings. The instructional block of the School is a two storied building with modern classrooms housed with fully equipped IT facilities along with a projector and educational software consisting of relevant classroom modules for all the subjects which is connected via LAN, well-equipped laboratories for Sciences, Mathematics and Computer Science, an art and craft gallery and various other academic departments.
