Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sukna, a temple of learning was established in 1977 in Kolkata Region by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body of HRD Ministry, Govt. of India is sincerely engaged in the pursuit of excellence as pace setter institution for providing quality education. 
 
The Vidyalaya is having three sections in each class from I to X with Science & Humanities at +2 level. The Vidyalaya's aim is all round development of the pupil through Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation.
