The Kendriya Vidyalaya No 2 Srinagar was started as a Primary School in the year 1978 with only 200 students, now embraces one thousand students in its fold. The Vidyalaya prepares its students for services and responsibilities in Nation Building and to foster deep faith in democratic and secular ideals.
Their qualified and talented staff is being regularly trained and updated by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), Central Board of School Education (C.B.S.E.) and National Center for Education Research & Technology (N.C.E.R.T.) for innovative technique and action research, a small step indeed but a big leap forward to achieve excellence.
Registrations for the academic year starts in the month of February. Register your child by submitting an application form.
