Kendriya Vidyalaya NHPC, Banbasa P.O. Chandani Dist., Champawat is an autonomous body, under MHRD, Government of India. This school is affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi. 
 
Vidyalaya aims to cater to the educational needs of the children of transferable Central Government employees including Defence and Para-Military personnel by providing a common programme of education. 
 


Admissions:
Applications for admission are only issued for LKG and for classes above Ist Std would be subject to available vacancies.
 
For admission process parents need to visit school's official website by first week of February.
 
 
 


Facilities:
The Vidyalaya is spread over an area of about 10 Acres of land provided by the Project. The vidyalaya building is good looking and eye catching. It is a double storey building. The building is surrounded by lush greenery and mango orchard. There are 24 class rooms in the vidyalaya. In addition to this; we have three spacious and well-equipped laboratories for the student of the secondary section, One junior science Lab for middle section, Maths lab, one Computer lab with 20 computer and one computer Lab for Primary section.
