Kendriya Vidyalaya A.M.C. Lucknow is one of the pioneer vidyalayas of the country. Starting in 1944, the school was recognized as Junior High School in 1951. When the scheme of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Ministry of Education, now H.R.D. Ministry. The Objective was to meet educational needs of transferable defence personnels through uniform syllabi, common text books and medium of instruction for Senior Secondary School Examination C.B.S.E. New Delhi.
 


Admissions:
Parents who wish to apply for admission should obtain the brochure and application form on payment of admission fees.
 
Children have to meet the stipulated age requirement for admission to School as on June 1st of that year.
 
Admissions are based on merit and availability of seats.
 
 
 


Facilities:
The Vidyalaya has its own permanent building spreading across green land, Playground, Well equipped Computer and Science Laboratory, Essential Maps, Charts and good quantity books in Library.
