The Kendriya Vidyalaya, Silchar was established in the year 1981 under civil sector in the temporary building near India Club, Tarapur. It is a CBSE, New Delhi affiliated school.
The school is dedicated towards inculcating in the pupils, sound moral values, developing creativity and encouraging diligence at work.
Parents are requested to submit the duly completed application form along with all relevant documents on or before the stipulated date.
Admission starts in the month of February every year.
