KV Saharsa was opened in the academic session 1996-97 under civil sector. It has the honour of being the first C.B.S.E affiliated school in the district Saharsa. The school is running in old Kacheri jail campus in a temporary building. It was inaugurated by the then Chief Minister Mr Lalu Prasad on 1-03-1997 in presence of other distinguished academicians and respectable citizens of Saharsa.
 



Admissions:

Applications for admission are only issued for LKG and for classes above Ist Std would be subject to available vacancies.

For admission process parents need to visit school's official website by first week of February.
