Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Dharwad is a school following the CBSE pattern. It has at present classes from Class VI to Class XII. School aims to provide good quality modern education including a strong component of culture inculcation of values, awareness of the environment, adventure and physical education to the talented children from the rural areas. Students in the NavodayaVidyalayas are admitted in class-VI and provided education upto class-XII. Now provision is made for lateral entry of students in class-IX & XI also.
 


Admissions:
Application forms for admission may be made on the prescribed Application form available free of cost.
 
Dully filled in application form must reach the Block Education Officer latest by the date mentioned in the brochure of the application form. It shall be signed by the Head of the institution where the child is studying in class V.
 
The result of the written test conducted in the month of February is expected by the end of May of the year of admission.
 
The selected candidates will be intimated through registered post by the Principal.
