Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Chhatarpur was started in the year 1987 with an aim of nourishing and fostering the rural young talents and also to promote National Integration through migration of students from Hindi to non- Hindi speaking States and vice-versa.It's a co-educational, residential school affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi & managed by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti.
 


Admissions:
Admission is done through competition test known as JNVST conducted by CBSE and Students are admitted in class VIth. The test consists of the objective questions on reasoning, mathematics and language.
