Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Barmer is a co-educational residential school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. Affiliated with CBSE, it offers schooling from class VI to XII. JNVs are alternate schools for talented children in rural areas of India which aim at providing the children the best residential school system irrespective of their socio-economic background.

Room, dormitories for boys and girls, dining hall, staff quarters and play fields. It also has twin Kitchen-cum-Dining Halls serves the purpose of Mess.
